So I went to the MOMA today to pick up a catalog on Antonio Lopez-Garcia and took a look around. There was a show downstairs of Philip Guston. They had a painting of his where he painted cherries. I had bought some cherries last week to do some paintings and thought i would do something a long the lines of what he had done since I liked the painting. This was my first stab at it.
