Satsuma

Satsuma Tangerine - They originally came from China and were brought to Japan by a Monk. The U.S. got them from Japan in the 1800s. I think after our civil war. They come into season around Christmas as far as I can tell which is why I'm painting them now.

I'm working hard and have a few but the rolling out of my portfolio is taking up my sunlight time. i'm hoping to get into the studio to get an inaugural painting done.
