Anyway, I have taken a small break from my performance pieces - though I do have a three performances next week: 1) the Sliding Glass Door - this is where i talk about the human experience from the perspective of a transgendered post humanist in a decontextualized world through the medium of stain on a door. In the performance, I stain the wood around the glass of 2 sliding glass doors. 2) The Back Door - again through the use of the medium of stain, i speak to the decline of human expectations in a world of diminishing hope. 3) The Front Door - This is the phoenix performance where the decline of hum expectations is brought full circle back to love. This is done with the medium of stain as well.
Again on a more serious note here are some of my paintings as of late. I am sun burned from standing on another plateau painting. These areas are very windy and it's quite taxing fighting the wind the whole day. It's beautiful though and well worth it.

Coppertone Sport SPF 55, one coat every one and a half hours (if not sooner.) I swear by it. No sunburns three years running.
